The Role
You’ll lead demos, support technical evaluations and POCs, answer security questions, and help enterprise customers understand how the product fits their environment. This role is best for someone who’s technical, comfortable talking with engineers and security leaders, and has a few years of experience in early-stage SaaS or AI/security sales.
What You Will Own
- Technical Demos: Lead product demonstrations and technical evaluations for enterprise security and engineering teams.
- POC Ownership: Manage proof-of-concept engagements from scoping through completion, ensuring customers clearly see product value.
- Security Enablement: Respond to security questionnaires and support technical validation throughout the sales cycle.
- Customer Translation: Convert complex technical capabilities into clear, customer-specific solutions and deployment guidance.
- Cross-Functional Partnering: Work closely with Sales, Product, and Engineering to support trial-to-production conversion.
What We are Looking For
- Technical Background: Strong experience in SaaS, AI, cybersecurity, or other highly technical B2B environments.
- Customer-Facing Experience: Comfortable presenting to technical and non-technical stakeholders, including security leaders and engineers.
- Problem-Solving: Able to navigate ambiguous customer requirements and tailor solutions accordingly.
- Communication Skills: Clear, confident communicator with the ability to simplify complex concepts.
- Startup Mindset: Thrives in early-stage environments and is comfortable wearing multiple hats
